will be responsible for any damages or loss of any part of the
unit and its content/appliance? |

Rental
Pool Program will be responsible for any malfunction of the
content/appliance of the unit, such as air condition and water
heater. However, the owner is responsible for any normal wear
and tear, damages and malfunction caused by deteriorated quality
of that particular content / appliance, such as peeling wallpaper
and torn curtain. The owner must to keep his unit in good condition
at all times. |

How does
Rental Pool Program pay the yield of the first year? |

Yield of the first year is to
be paid at year end. It is calculated on a pro rata basis of
6% guaranteed yield, according to the number of months of participation.
In the following 2 years, Rental Pool Program will pay actual
yield (revenue from rental) at mid year. The balance of 6% yearly
yield will be paid at year end. |
