A. Yes, the owner needs to submit a notice of termination of the contract in writing to the management team 90 days in advance.

Q. Is there any point discount if an owner of a 3-bedroom unit stays in a 2-bedroom unit?
A. No. Both units are treated as equal.

Q. If any owner has failed to pay maintenance fee, will his unit still be in the Rental Pool Program?
A. That particular unit will not be rented out due to the fact that it has lost its right to share the common area. However, if this particular unit had been rented out prior to this incidence, the revenue from rental will be used to cover the unpaid maintenance fee.

Q. Can any owner of a unit who also in the Rental Pool Program use other unit of similar size?
A. Yes, only if his unit is not available at the time.
