are the fees for maintenance and Rental Pool Management Program? |

Maintenance
fee is certainly needed to keep our common area, infrastructure
and facilities in good condition.
• Common area will
be managed by the Condominium Juristic Person under the supervision
of Aquarius Estate Management Team. A monthly charge is 45 baht/sq.m.
of the saleable area.
• Rental Pool Management Program
offers 6% guaranteed yield in the first 3 years. After the third
year, the yield will be the actual revenue (from rental) less
management fee and other expenses. |

Q. What is
the sinking fund? |

The sinking fund is the reserved
fund for management and maintenance of the common property.
It will be charged to cover any unexpected expenditure which
may arise. The sinking fund shall be made once on the date of
transferring ownership of the unit and shall be kept at the
specified initial amount at all times. Additional funds may
be requested to keep the initial specific sinking fund balance. |
